Looking after your data

We currently collect and process the following information:

Information collected	How is it collected
Standard logging data. For example, IP address, browser type and version, operating system.	Collected by our web servers, this information is automatically deleted after 1 month.
Analytics data. For example, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, search terms bringing user to site, time spent on pages within the site, approximate geographical location based on IP information.	Google Analytics.
Customer details entered in to our configurators that are used by our clients to market data. This can include personal data such as; Name, email, company, address and phone number.	Collected by our configurator service. This information is made available to our clients, and is stored for no longer than 24 months on our systems. Our clients have their own privacy policies, so please check their details for more information. All of the configurators that we operate, have the name of the company for which they create leads, clearly displayed along with their contact details.
Client details required in running the business.	Email, company position. These are often presented at the footer of corporate email addresses. We retain these in order to correspond with our clients and run the business.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent.

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

(c) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on encrypted storage solutions operated by AWS in the European region. This information is stored for no longer than 3 months before it is securely disposed of.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. This may be necessary, for example, if the law changes, or if we change our business in a way that affects personal data protection. Any changes to the privacy policy will be reflected here and the last updated date will be updated accordingly.
